A: If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service.
If you do not know the specific extension, you can measure the height of the ceiling and send it to us.
We will help you ask our experienced designers and give you some advises according to the measurements.
Note: Normally we will provide 120 inches long rods/cords/chains for customers who have high ceiling. If you need longer.

Q: How to hang from a vaulted ceiling?
A: We will prepare special fittings for the vaulted ceiling, as shown in the picture. Can solve the hanging problem very well.
